Todd New River Festival NC Sept 25, 2021

ABOUT:

The Todd New River Festival in historic Todd NC will take place once again on the banks of the New River at Cook Memorial Park in Todd North Carolina.  The New River is thought to be the second oldest river in the word, second only to the Nile River. The festival features live music, storytelling, arts and crafts booths, a checkers playoff, special children's activities including face painting, and much more! 

TIPS:

• Take a folding chair so you can rest comfortably while you listen to live music and storytelling
• Bring a jacket and an umbrella- weather can change fast in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
• While in Todd, take a bike ride down the famed flat Railroad Grade Road that runs along the New River and take in the cool fall breeze and changing leaves.  
• Book a canoe or kayak trip down the New River while you are in town and experience the best if fall beauty!
