Apple Hill Farm is located atop Valle Mountain in picturesque Valle Crucis, North Carolina.  The property is home to alpacas, donkeys, goats, llamas, miniature donkeys, cats and dogs.  You can take a tour through the barns and sheds and meet all the animals. 

Although the farm does not grow Christmas trees, you can visit a large gift shop in a beautifully decorated barn that sells alpaca yarn products, table trees, wreaths and garland.

The Cornett Deal Christmas Tree farm has 5 fields of trees to choose from and is one of the few farms in the High Country that will shake and drill your tree before bundling it for the ride home.  On top of that, you will have a chance to enjoy a cup of Diane’s famous hot apple cider! 

The gift shop at this farm features handmade pottery, jewelry, and knitted hats and scarves, as well as wreaths and garland.  All items in the gift shop are local and handmade.
