Turning 20! - Wilkes County Quilters, Inc. quilt show on September 7th, 9 am to 6 pm and September 8th, 9 am to 4 pm. The Stone Center 613 Cherry Street, North Wilkesboro, NC Admission $3 - children under 12 free. On display, over 100 quilts made by members, raffle quilt, guild challenge, bed turning of past quilt show ribbon winners, boutique of dolls, baskets, crafts made by members, 7 vendors with sewing/quilting supplies. Door prizes - must be present to win. Grand prize- $1,000 package of Janome 2030QDCB sewing machine w/extension table, carrying case, quilting kit and box of assorted fat quarters. Drawing on Saturday at close of show - need not be present to win.
