May 19th. Special Category: Moonshine Dessert, to be turned in at 6pm Friday evening - judged by local celebrities. Prizes announced at 7:00pm Saturday, May 18th event opens to public at 10am. EXTRA CATEGORY: MOONSHINE DESSERT TURN IN FRIDAY AT 7:00P TO BE JUDGED BY “LOCAL CELEBRITIES” The four (4) KCBS categories will be judged Saturday, May 18, 2019 in the following order: CHICKEN NOON PORK RIBS 12:30 pm PORK 1:00 pm BEEF BRISKET 1:30 pm AWARDS 4:00 pm All teams will be provided 1-2 pork butts on Friday that they will cook and give to event organizers Saturday morning by 10am to be sold that day as a fundraiser for The Partnership. Team check-in starts at 8:00am on Friday, May 17th. All teams must be in place by cut-off time at 5pm. Team meeting 5:00pm Friday, May 17th All teams must have an ABC rated fire extinguisher on hand. Teams can stay through Sunday by 12noon.
