The Daniel Boone Native Gardens, located near downtown Boone, NC, contain an outstanding collection of native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. More than 200 species of plant varieties provide a progression of blooms throughout the growing season.See the Wrought Iron Gates made by Daniel Boone VI, a direct descendent of the great pioneer Daniel Boone.
Open daily during daylight hours, weather permitting. Stop by to learn from horticulturists and gardeners, who are often at work in the Gardens during the summer. Available for outdoor weddings.
