White Fence Farm Rentals is comprised of three unique vacation rental homes, one of which doubles as a wedding and event venue.
White Fence Farm Downtown Boone and the Appalachian House are both located within the heart of downtown Boone. Walk to ASU, shops, restaurants, football games, the Schaefer Center, and more. White Fence Farm Downtown Boone is a beautifully restored 1920s farmhouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Appalachian House is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom home complete with beautiful slate floors and rich, warm colors.
The White Fence Farm Farmhouse is located in Trade, TN, just a quick fifteen minute drive from downtown Boone. The Farm can be rented for weddings and private events or as a vacation rental. The farm is situated on 105 acres of private land, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by delightful wildflowers and enveloped by tree topped mountains.
