Halloween Spooktacular Tanger Outlets Blowing Rock Calling all ghosts, goblins and fairy princesses for the annual Halloween Spooktacular event on October 31st from 5 - 7 PM! Children 12 years and under are invited to Trick or Treat on the "Tanger Streets" while supplies last. Be sure to visit stores participating in the Monster Challenge Scavenger Hunt where you'll find clues and complete a scavenger hunt card for a chance to win a fabulous Tanger Gift Basket! Fun activities are planned for the family including a costume contest, a Touch-A-Truck meet and greet with local fire and police, and even a monster's activity area in the courtyard. In the mood for giving? The Bloodmobile will be on site for blood donations to help our local community.
