Boone NC Drum Circle A weekly event (weather permitting) centered on rhythm and movement at The Jones House in downtown Boone. People of all ages and musical abilities can come together in a safe space for fun collective improvisation. "BYOD" - Bring Your Own Drum - or other instruments you can dance and groove with. The circle starts promptly at 5:30. Potential "after party" at Jimmy Smith or Durham Park for those interested in continuing beyond 7:30.

Elements of art are introduced through picture books and art projects. Children have fun while being introduced to different art media, from watercolor to clay. A great program to introduce your child to art, develop fine motor and pre-literacy skills, and meet other children and parents. ONLINE REGISTRATION is required. Registration opens two weeks before class dates. Meets every First and Third Thursday morning of the month 9:30-10:30 Ages 2-5 and a caregiver Max of 6 households or 8 individual students
