CANCELLED 2020 Join us at Sorrento’s Dining Complex in Banner Elk for a day of special wine and beer tastings from the High Country and surrounding areas! Your admission, which includes a complimentary glass, will allow you “20 tastes in the flight of tastings”. Our participants will include Banner Elk Winery, Beech Mountain Brewing Company, Eagles Nest Winery, Grandfather Vineyard & Winery, Lake James Cellars, Linville Falls Winery, Lost Province Brewing Company and Watauga Lake Winery.
