Ashe County Arts Council’s Art on the Mountain blends together local history as well as West Jefferson’s flourishing arts district through the work of art. Art on the Mountain is an opportunity for artists of all kinds to showcase their artwork. The fine arts show will be held on the grounds of the Ashe Arts Center at 303 School Avenue in Historic Downtown West Jefferson.
