The 21st annual Fine Art and Master Craft Festival sponsored by the Avery County Chamber returns to the quaint, one stoplight town of Banner Elk.
This juried art and master craft festival will host artisans with local ties to the community and artisans who have studied and trained internationally.
Artisans will display and sell unique, handcrafted items such as pottery, wood and burral bowls. Some are so amazing it’s hard to imagine they were from a growth on a tree. Need a new look for a mountain or low country home, or a special jewel for someone special? The festival has artists who will bring original pieces and customized jewelry, furniture, mosaic tables and many more media.
